I skipped the timezone converter to tackle a simple GPS app. There's going to be a BBQ with some geocaching next weekend. I wanted to have something useful I wrote done by then. It's done. It doesn't do much other than give the general information, reset things and do a bit of logic on error checking and direction reporting.

While writing it, I figured that I ought to put together a few button classes and reuse those instead of coding up the same buttons for each mini-app.

I've been puttering around with some IOS 4 programming. The idea is to put together a portfolio app and get it published. I almost have the shell working like I want. It's taking too long to do the initial load right now. Once done, I'll be putting together the first mini-app, a timezone converter.
